My VPI Insurance Experience

I have subscribed to VPI for my older Pekingese for several years and, more recently, added a younger Peke after adopting her from a local animal shelter. I feel that VPI's claim service time-lapse has improved quite a bit the last year or so. I also appreciate their sending me e-mails when my claims are received there. I also recently received a very nice e-mail from a staff member after I thanked them for their help on a recent claim. Prior to VPI, I used a different agency out of Ohio and had a very troublesome time getting them to pay out for back surgery that was urgently needed on a previous Peke. I have more confidence with VPI that valid claims will be reviewed and, at least, partially paid.
