Neil, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your pet insurance experience. Your pet insurance policy covers the removal of fractured permanent teeth due to an accident, but not the removal of baby teeth. Policy coverage details can be found in the terms and conditions listed on your policy documents sent to you at enrollment, as well as on our website https://www.akcpetinsurance.com/sample-policies. If you would like to speak with our customer care supervisor to discuss any further concerns, please call 866-725-2747 and ask for Adam.
