I signed up my cat with pet care as soon as I got him. I had my vet submit all of his medical records. I had him for a year and a half when he developed urinary problems covered under the policy. I called, they said he was covered. I sent the papers (bills) in. 2 months went by. I got a few recorded phone calls saying a check was sent. What I got instead was a letter saying I didn't turn in all of his medical records and I have 25 days to comply or they will close the case. They made me wait 2 months but I get 25 days.
I'll get my vet to call them, see exactly what they want and get them the information. I have 3 cats on these policys. If they still give me the runaround (2 months is a long time to wait for a response from an insurance co) I will cancel all 3 policies and find another provider. Heads up. This insurance co might be a rip off.
