DO NOT buy Embrace Pet Insurance!

I have been paying my premiums right on time for years with Embrace, but I have spent the last two and half months trying to get them to cover a couple of procedures / surgeries for my dog. First they call the wrong clinic to get medical records instead of contacting the clinic whose name was on the forms I sent them. Then they have insisted over and over and over again that they don't have the complete medical records and my claim is being upheld due to that. My vet has sent the forms over and over again to them. The dog is only 14 months old - how many records can he have? And they have them ALL - multiple copies, but they are still stalling while my credit card charges multiply because of course I've already paid for the surgeries. Save yourself the headaches I have been having and go with a different company!

I see that there were quite a few complications and miscommunications with your claim, I am so sorry about that. I hope that the faster turn around time on your other claims set a better standard for your experience with us, but I know that doesn't make up for the frustration.

I hope everyone is doing better, and I'm glad to see we were able to reimburse you for a lot of those expenses, it looks like they've had a bit of a hard time this year!
