Had them for just under a year. When it came time for a claim, the process was a pain. I would submit all the documents necessary, only to be denied a month later, due to "insufficient evidence." After multiple attempts due to being honest up on, I finally got through to someone who would say that I hadn't submitted all the documentation they needed. After proving that I did, they added extra documents that I needed and claimed they had to come from the vets office. I had the vet send these extra documents, watching them do it in front of me with a PetPlan rep on the phone, and they still claimed to have received nothing from the vet, despite multiple attempts, including email, fax, and my vet even going so far as to call them! Had this series of events happen on two separate occasions.
