Terrible at communication and processing claims.

They misrepresent that they process claims in 10 days. It has been over a month and my claim just got processed (denied) because of insufficient medical records. My vet assured me that his entire file was delivered so it seems like a scam denial. I will try literally anyone else at this point.

We're sorry your pet was not feeling well. We have been helping an unusually large number of sick pets at this time and that has increased our claims processing time. We have been proactively adding more customer care staff so that all policyholders can get the their claims and customer care issues resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your efforts in providing your pet's medical records, but we are missing some from one of your veterinarian's your pet had seen. Our team has reached out on your behalf to get those records. Once received, we'll be able to process you claim. Give your baby a big hug from us!
