I found the Pets Plus Us customer experience to be excellent. Anytime I called, the staff were friendly, professional and were knowledgeable. My Vet's office was efficient in submitting the paperwork so my claims were processed in a timely manner. I also found the staff to be very compassionate. When I phoned to cancel my coverage because my puppy had passed away, the staff person didn't make me feel silly or uncomfortable because I was distraught on the phone. I appreciated that.
