Customer service has been really good.
Its been difficult for me to get the hang of submitting a claim with all the requirements of itemized invoices, reports, written exams, tests etc. It does take time to get reimbursed and check is snail mailed. Being email or texted an update on your claims for approval or disapproval would help quicken the process.
Overall I'm happy with their service and feel grateful I have Insurance for peace of mind.
