I needed to redo the contracts for my 3 large dogs. My Account Rep went above and beyond. She worked with me on best coverage, best price, and even scheduling payments so they were staggered across a quarter. She spent time with me on the phone as well as doing a lot of research off line to see what would be the best way to accomplish what I wanted and needed. She sent me email reminders when I needed to initiate the changes. This Rep, from start to finish, gave me complete confidence that I was getting the best possible contracts that PetPlan could offer in the best possible way to meet my all of my needs. Truly, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time.
