PetPlan and Customer Service= 2 Thumbs Up!!!

My cat was recently diagnosed with cancer, and I am so grateful that I chose PetPlan as my insurance provider. The treatment to get my awesome kitty healthy again is quite costly, and with all the different doctors I have had to see, and the different claims I have had to submit, has made it quite challenging to keep track of. A few weeks ago, I called PetPlan and Spoke with Regina Blair, one of PetPlan's Happiness Managers. I asked her about the status of some of my claims, and she went and had a look and then proceeded to give me a very detailed explanation of where they were at in the process. I told her about my situation and she offered to help me move things along faster, and then proceeded me tell me to email her the claims directly and she would make sure they got to the right people sooner than later, and then followed up with me via email several times over the next several days. If I had a question, she would respond to my email in a very timely manner, and would answer any questions and or concerns I had. She was very interested in the status of my cat’s health and that made points with me as well. I really can't praise them enough. PetPlan and Regina have made this very difficult time for my kitty and I much easier, and the communication has been fantastic. I give PetPlan and Regina Blair 5 stars.
