Every time I have talked to someone, they have expressed kindness and care for my pup, been clear about answering my questions, and have worked fast on their end so that I got quick reimbursements and avoided additional credit card fees etc. That was priceless under these conditions. And the policy has pretty much paid 80% of every claim I have submitted - which has been an incredible relief.
