I had submitted a claim for per-authorization for an expensive surgery that was needed to my per. The claim became somewhat complicated and customer service representative Mark Flaherthy went above and beyond to get the matter straightened out and insured that I received the necessary documentation that I need. Not only did he complete the task he went to follow up to make sure that I did received that I needed and ask if there was anything further that I required. That type of customer service ensures that I will continue to do business with PetPlan and cause me to suggest to others to use PetPlan.
