Any reason not to pay the claim

I put in a claim for my dog for bowel issues. They kept going back and forth with phone calls to me. They received documentation from two independent vets that dealt with our rescue dog from California to Canada, telling them he did not have this pre condition. They would not take the vets findings in writing, stating the dog has not problem that we claimed for. They kept looking for any problems with this dog NOT to give us the money back. Pet Plan is saying that Fly Snapping Disorder causes the dogs bowel issues, the claim was for his surgery to see if her had bowel problems we did not find out until after the surgery. They are trying to link it together not to pay us back. The customer service I receive most of the time was rude and they did not show compassion as I stated every time I called. They told me by an email that we were denied. We have cancelled our policy with this company. They have terrible customer service, no compaction, no understand. Terrible to deal with. Will never use them again, telling every pet owner I know and meet to cancel with this company. Pet owners beware.
