I had PetPlan on my last dog and it was a life saver. Claims were easy to submit and processed quickly, and they were very fair in their reimbursement. After that dog passed away, I got PetPlan on my new dogs. I've noticed that claims take much longer to process (used to be 1-2 weeks, now closer to 4-5) and information on the website is very vague on the status of the claim, amount reimbursed, etc. When I've called Customer Service to ask about the status of the claim or ask why a claim was denied, they were not helpful.
