I wholeheartedly recommend PetPlan with great pleasure and sincere appreciation. In October 2013, we took our 18 month old King Charles and princess of the family, Pippa, for a routine checkup as she had been acting sluggish and not eating properly for a couple of days. Over the course of the next 6 hours we learned that she had congenital kidney failure and after rushing her to a specialist that she would most likely not survive the night. We were obviously heartbroken but were willing to try and do anything we could to prolong her life. Unfortunately, we lost Pippa in November, over a month longer than her initial diagnosis. We were obviously devastated but happy to have been able to spend the extra time with her due, in large part, to the incredible medical support she received. Needless to say, this medical coverage was expensive and due to our prior experience with insurance providers, we braced ourselves for what would inevitably a long and arduous fight to have the medical bills covered.
What we found was that not only did PetPlan honor their contract and cover most, if not all, of Pippa's medical bills, they did so without fight or question, seemingly more concerned with consoling us for our loss. It was truly amazing. Each and every member of the PetPlan team was truly a joy to work with.
Furthermore, this past week we registered our new, beautiful 6 month old KC puppy Chelsea with PetPlan, who notified us we had not canceled Pippa's contract with them after
