Most pet health care insurance companies had significant increases during the last 12 months as we all struggle to keep pace with the increased usage of our policies due to greater availability of high cost technology and medicines.
I see in your case that you have our Wellness plan and are located in a high cost area. Our Wellness plan will reimburse you many hundreds of dollars of annual routine wellness care costs (after co-pay and deductible) including costs for dental cleaning, annual check-up and heart worm, flea and tick prevention. When you reduce these reimbursement payments from the $1,248 premium, the balance is your cost for the underlying accident/illness plan with a $5,000 per incident limit. You can call our customer service number at 866-774-1113 to determine exactly what your expected reimbursements should be. I think you’ll be surprised.

I just received my renewal notice and I am VERY disappointed. A rate increase of 61%!! I was told the same thing, that rates were based on size and age of dog as well as the area you live in. I have a 4 year old English bulldog. Last renewal, my premium increased so much that I lowered my plan. If I lower my plan this time, I will still be paying more than I was prior to this 61% increase. I am also searching for other insurance. With today's economy, people can't afford these rates. I would like an explanation of how PetPartners came up with my new premium. "Customer satisfaction plays a key role in retaining customers and driving them toward loyalty..."(mshare.net)
