wellness reimbursements

I feel the company has grossly misrepresented what it will provide in this benefit and it would be much less expensive to just pay out of pocket for this service. I was unable to get reimbursed at the rates they listed on the site when I had seperately secured a discount at the facility due to the facilities error. It has taken over a month and multiple emails and conversations and I still haven't gotten the payment. I would never use this service again!

Hi Colleen, Unlike our accident/illness coverage that will reimburse up to 90% for your unexpected veterinary bills after your annual deductible is met, Our BestWellness plan provides reimbursement for your pet’s routine care items up to a specified amount for each routine care service with no deductible to meet. The payout amounts are listed on the Pets Best website and on your policy documents. We have double checked all of your BestWellness claims and confirmed that the maximum amount has been reimbursed for each of them. Reimbursements were mailed to you on July 2nd, July 9th and August 21st. We typically process BestWellness claims in 1-2 business days. Unfortunately the claim documents we received were illegible and it took some time for us to obtain legible invoices from your veterinarian.
