Worst Service I Have Recieved

This is the worst experience I have had with a pet insurance company. I have had to deal with extremely rude customer service representatives and it took these people a month to resolve this. I called and spoke to ONE nice representative and she submitted my info to her supervisor.Their service was extremely poor and disappointing.
