Be sure to list a bank account to send money directly, I didn't do this and waited at least three weeks longer than necessary to receive my reimbursement. Apparently, my check was sent and then returned to Embrace for unknown reasons and they had to cut me another check after I called asking where my check was. I received the second check for $2809.00 two days later. When it's that much money, it matters. The ability to check on claims online is convenient and the customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful. I would have rated a 10 but had to wait for the big check and the first person I spoke with didn't follow up with me. This is my first experience with pet insurance, although I've had Embrace Insurance for five years for my dog. I've heard very few other companies actually pay much if anything.
