I have the fullest coverage offered by VPI for my older cat Wolfie. I have had a fairly successful relationship with VPI and only on occasion had to question a descision (outcome to my satisfaction). The claims process could not be easier, on checking out at my vets they fax a copy of the details and payment straight to VPI. The process normally takes about two weeks to receive a refund. I have found that most items are covered and if I do have a potential larger issue that needs attending to I will check with VPI first before having a procedure done. My only complaint if any is the huge increase in monthly payment from when I first started with VPI, my policy just keeps getting more and more expensive but the coverage has not improved.
