I initially chose Embrace because of the value - good coverage for the premium. They were not the cheapest, but if I ever had to make a claim, they had the fewest restrictions in regards to what they would cover (for example, they pay for the doctor's exams, where many other companies will not), and I was able to choose from a variety of coverage options right on their website, which they were very transparent about the coverage and cost for each.
Sadly for my pet, I had to make a claim (several, in fact), but happily for my pet, everyone on the Embrace staff was very friendly and straightforward to deal with, and I was able to treat him without worry that the insurance company would fight me for every penny.
I have both called and emailed Embrace staff about 10 times now to ask questions, and I am always impressed with their friendly attitude and great service. Another reviewer mentioned you get to talk with a real person. And you do. Every time. And they call you back when they say they will call you back. I cannot say enough good things. And it's not just 1 employee I spoke with. I must have spoke with 10 employees by this time. Every one of them is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am always blown away by how wonderful it is to deal with them.
