Well, after having Embrace for a year and a half I finally had to submit a claim. When I picked this insurer it was because of good reviews about the claim process and approval. Everything went according to my expectations. Customer service got working on my claim as soon as I submitted it. There was some delay in the approval but this was my vets fault for delaying with the release of some information. As soon as the information was released from my vet Embrace approved my claim within 24 hours and direct deposited the money into my account. Their CSR did a very good job with keeping me posted about the progress on the claim. I recommend you get the medical history review for your pet. I knew from having my cats medical history review examined by Embrace at the beginning that his illness would be covered, so no surprises there.
All in all, I am very glad I chose to go with Embrace and I would recommend you do the same.
