Recently, our OES had a number of submitted claims. One of which was reimbursed for the other wasn't. The claim which was reimbursed we were notified once the claim was received and the reimbursement occurred quickly. For the claim we did not receive reimbursement for, when I called about it -- they were able to easily explain why and I was happy with their response. It has made me consider the plan we have and I will likely change our plan to get more coverage.
