This is the third review I am writing. I think you can never praise good customer service too much. Petplan, however, takes customer service far beyond good. They rank with the all time masters, such as Nordstrom's and Zappos. Every time I have a claim, I never have to worry about what they will pay, what they won't pay, will I have to wait a lifetime for the check...they really have a vested interest, it seems to me, in my pet's and my well being! Bella, my Havanese, has been through 2 ACL replacement surgeries. Both times, the customer service team was remarkably helpful and empathetic. Even when there was a hiccup in the process (which has been rare), I have never spoken with someone who didn't take time to explain the situation and follow up with at least an email. Nordstrom's and Zappos have been continually praised for their stellar customer service. I would hope that Petplan get the same recognition for their truly outstanding service. A special thanks to Kristin for going above and beyond the call of duty!Now, if only they would get into health insurance for humans!!
