Difficulty with contacting website

I have had this insurance for 2 years for my indoor cat. Never one needed to use it. However, when it came time to renew my expired credit card on the automatic payment plan, the website would refuse to allow me to do it online.Would not recognize my password.
When I requested a new password, the new password email would not be sent.
I had to call in and be charged a $10 dollar fee to reinstate my kitties insurrance with a new card.
The next month, I had to do it all over again! The attendant did not save my new card info!
Also, I called well before closing (2:30 PST) and the we are closed message came up.
Needless to say, I am looking for a new carrier. I can only imagine what they would be like to deal with if I had filed a claim.
