My dog and I have had a wonderful 9 year experience with VPI. We have never had any difficulties with claim submission or with reimbursement. My dog was diagnose with congestive heart failure earlier this year and of course we have had more claims the last 8 months than in the entire 9 years f coverage. We have no reason to complain I had to speak with a customer Service representative to inform VPI about the loss of my dog. The representative was vey empathetic and sympathetic to my loss, needs and concern. She was very professional and patient during the encounter. I would highly recommend VPI to others.
