I am completely satisfied with PetPlan insurance. I have 3 of my dogs on PetPlan, the fourth is on another policy. She has a preexisting condition, so it made sense to keep her on the other plan. Recently, my dog needed urgent care. This was the first time I have had to use it (I have had it for two years). As soon as my vet faxed the medical release and vet records to PetPlan, the check was cut within a week. I had a $50.00 deductible with 100% coverage and that is exactly the amount the took out.I also had an issue regarding the increase cost to my plan. I was a bit rattled when I saw my credit card. I called customer service and a lovely person named Jillian answered the phone. She took her time, answered all my questions regarding the increase cost to my policy, and then suggested ways I could reduce the cost. Mostly, she was respectful and knew how to deal with customers and their concerns. I wish all my experiences with customer service were like this. I highly recommend this company.
