I have has healthy paws on my first dog for 2 years and recently added a new "family member" on as well. Their customer service is awesome- so friendly and efficient. They really do care about their customers. The turn around is very fast for filing claims and usually have reimbursement within just a few days. My favorite part of healthy paws is that now some alternative treatments are covered which gives you many options previously not available. This has really helped out since my 4 yr old "Zoey" was injured back in December and has had ongoing physical therapy and chiropractic care to recover.
When I called a few months ago to add my new baby "Dexter", who came with a bit of medical baggage- healthy paws was right there to make sure I understood any exclusions and waiting periods on the new policy. They not only sent a written explanation, but followed up with a phone call to make sure I did not have any questions.
