Our claim for a skin biopsy was turned down. I was told it was a pre-existing condition which is was not. My vet's assistant was the one who contacted Embrace and after a few discussions and proper documentation from the vet, the decision was reversed and my claim was covered. I am glad to know that there are people willing to listen and understand different circumstances where our pets are concerned. I received my check a few days after I received an e-mail stating that they were paying my claim.
