I've been a VPI customer for over 2 years for both of my doggies. As every responsible pet owner, we understand that unfortunate things may happen. To summarize my experience with VPI, it has been a great two years thus far. They've been very responsive and sensitive to my claims, and have followed up when necessary. The only upgrade I would suggest is if they could speed up the claim process (which takes about 4 weeks). Otherwise, I've already recommended them to pet loving friends.
