I called in to cancel my wellness plan today. I was told I had to remain paying monthly (auto bank draft) till November when my current contract ends. I was never notified of renewal date, I never confirmed a renewal, they just keep charging you. The are supposed to call and remind you of an upcoming contract end. They never did. Customer service is rude, and refused to transfer me to a manager. AND would not cancel my service. poor business!! They never have my pet in their best interest, they only want to try and up-sale you and make more money every time you visit them.. I recommend never using them. I learned my lesson.
