We have so far only used the Wellness Benefits and those reimbursements have arrived promptly and in the expected amount. The Embrace contact people have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to contact. Very customer oriented. Of course, they end each call with the encouragement to give our Nickie a belly-rub for them. I hope I never have to use the policy to collect on treatment for a major illness but I am so glad to know we have that protection for Nickie if he needs it.
