Hi, This is the first time I've had pet insurance of any kind and I was a bit skeptical initially, but am gleefully pleased with every aspect thus far. Having heard and read reviews of other insurers I expected there might be some unforeseen gaps in coverage and when coverage was available refunds to be slow in coming but that simply hasn't been the case. From taking the time to explain and break down coverages, to walking me through the claims process, Embrace has been consistent and timely at every step. I really appreciate the email updates on receipt of claim, claim status, notification of claim payout, and follow up to ensure payment has been received. I hadn't even expected reimbursement for the initial vet visit, but found that we were covered in full. What a wonderful surprise. My only regret is that Embrace has set the bar so high that I am now woefully disappointed with my own health insurance. Can someone there please give United Healthcare a call and explain to them how its done? What more can I say except thank you Embrace, you have a lifelong customer in me.
