While the claim processing took longer than usual, I was kept very up to date regarding my submission. I know that Embrace has changed their processing so they are doing training which is taking longer to process claims. I am always excited though when my claim is actually accepted and paid. I always assume the worst with any insurance company that they will try to deny you for any reason at all, but not Embrace. They are reliable, fair, and true to their customers which is why I will continue have my pet covered with Embrace Insurance.
