It always seems the grass is greener elsewhere so I recently switched to 24 Petwatch FKA Purina upon a recommendation from my vet. While the premiums are cheaper, the service is terrible.
I submitted a claim in September and as of late October I had not heard back. When I was finally able to reach a live person, I was told that my claim had to be resubmitted because the vet had to complete the request herself (apparently vet notes and receipt is not sufficient - your vet has to take time to hand write comments). I re-submitted in October and have not heard anything in more than 30 days.
Net, net: I would NOT recommend 24Petwatch. Run (don't walk) to another provider.
