i have had VPI for several pets going back to when it first started. The service over the years has improved, easier claim submission process, payment much faster than i remember, seems like a different company than 15 years ago. I have not had any kind of catestrophic issues with my current dog, but what has come up has been dealt with the ease that i wish my health insurance provided, they could learn alot from you. I chose the more expensive plan because it seems that I find animal friends that need extra medical help. Only difficult part was puppy was a rescue and limited medical records were available, so initial sign up was time intensive and frustrating as I had so little information, but I understand the basis behind it, and once he was signed it it has been smooth sailing, trying to get my sister to get her animals on it.
