I've never had to call VPI to dispute any claims. I've submitted every vet bill I've had and have received at LEAST 50% back of the bills themselves. We had to take our 2 year old dog into an emergency vet a few months ago, and VPI paid for the entire visit. It is no question that I would do everything, and pay anything, to keep my dog healthy; however, it does certainly help knowing that VPI is there to help with the bills.
