I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Embrace. From the first day I bought a policy on my cat, Peter, to my latest claim experience, all I can say is these people are awesome. When you call, you actually get to talk to a real person, who is equipped to answer all of your questions. I recently had Peter in for 3 separate visits for his dental cleaning. Our benefit was up to $400 for this. The hospital took my one claim form and sent it to Embrace along with the three dates and Embrace turned it around in impressive time! Their communications by email to let you know they received the claim as well as when they are sending the check, it just a wonderful added bonus.You can't go wrong with this company.
