Beware

I have had Pet's Best insurance for about a year now. My 7 year old cat recently started urinating outside of the box, which is unusual for her. I took her to my vet who wanted to rule out medical conditions, such as diabetes, urinary tract infections, etc. We did some lab and some radiographs. Turned out to be strictly behavioral due to some changes in the household. I submitted my claim to Pet's Best, but was denied due to the condition being behavioral. I understand they dont cover behavioral conditions, however, we were trying to make sure she didnt have a medical condition. Maybe next time ill have my vet just lie and say its something so i can get reimbursed. Not very happy

Hi Treefrogbookie, we hope your kitty has been able to adjust to the changes that were causing her unusual behavior, and we look forward to assisting with any future medical needs she may have.
