Can't say enough good things about Embrace. We joined in 2008 after having VPI for a couple of years. I was not pleased with the customer service we were getting or the plan offerings from VPI.
Our 10 year old lab, Dexter, recently had issues of blindness, uncontrolled walking and disorientation. After seeing our primary vet, she was thinking stroke or brain tumor. We were referred to a specialist in neurology. Procedures included a spinal tap, MRI and countless blood work and a four day hospital visit. All results came back negative. At the end of the day our vet bills came in around $3,600. Embrace was there for us with timely review of claims, follow-up and payment.
BTW, Dexter is doing fine and we are glad to have Embrace on our side.
