Worst coverage possible
This is the worst possible insurance! It covers nothing. Deductible goes up as pet gets older. Just insane. Will be cancelling and putting my premium aside for when our pet gets sick!!!

Customer service is excellent. I didn't know I had an review exclusion on Dyson. Thanks to customer service, I can ask to have this exclusion reviewed.

The 1-800 Numbe for another INsurance comapny who has no clue what I am talking about.
REceived in the Mail a Claim Notice advising that they were missing information for our submission,
WE just signed up for the policy and have not made any claims
Called number provided 1-800-364-8422 and got a completely different insurance provider
Been on old over 40 Mins trying to solve this proble,
I do not even know where who my insurance is with
As an Insurance broker who used to sell these policies I will hear by no longer recommend this service to my clients as this is extremely terrible customer service, Knowledgable Advocates My Ass!!
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
