Pets Plus Us | Pet Insurance Review

We have had this service for many years and have been very satisfied! the customer service, the online system for claims, and the all round care of this company puts them in my number one spot. When my Doberman Crade Eyian passed away last year they did not hesitate to refund the unused paid insurance, they even sent a card! The staff member who I spoke with was very kind and showed a lot of compassion. Now with Crade gone we have been utilizing the insurance for our other pup named Bella Nox who is 10 now and is going through tests for Cushing Disease , and let me tell you the coverage for all the tests and medications is well worth the monthly payments. Your refund is 2-4 weeks, but submitting everything takes seconds. I have no problem waiting on the refunds as the service is what I truly care about. If information is missing on a claim they will contact you immediately to ensure you get the refund. I fully recommend Pets Plus Us!!

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL

I am super frustrated and disappointed with Pets Plus Us and the follow up required for any claims. i was not given full proper information and when my beloved pet passed they would not give me the the $80 that was due to me and kept charging me for insurance (and currently still are 4 months later) I have had multiple conversations about it all, have asked for a supervisor to contact me (which has not happened), and monthly payments are still being taken 4 months after we notified them (twice), and gave them the cremation certificate. I gave 2 paws because the one agent I had was empathetic and kind on the phone, but the end result was unfourtunately still a total waste of my time (and money)
