Our Alaskan Malamute basically tore his ACL and needed surgery. Pets Plus Us covered the cost of the surgery as well as the medications and the laser treatment to help expedite the healing. Any questions we had we called, somebody answered and were really nice, polite, caring, and EASY to deal with! Had the reimbursements directly deposited into my bank account- No fuss! Quick and easy. A pleasure to deal with. So glad I went with Pets Plus Us! Worth every dollar!!

We have been paying into pet insurance for 5 years and thankfully never had to use it until this past year. Our large breed dog needed to have both knees repaired from torn cruciate ligament. They have always been very helpful and super efficient. Both of my young dogs have turned out to be lemons but they have never had any problems with any of my claims for them.
