Pets Plus Us | Pet Insurance Review

I switched to Pets Plus Us after years with another company that was okay, but kept increasing premiums every year even when I wasn't making claims. I had to get an MRI for my border collie and thankfully it only turned out to be minor nerve damage and wasn't life threatening. Pets Plus Us covered most of the (very) expensive bill, and were quick and fast (and kind). Also, love getting my free issue of Modern Dog each month :0)

The service I received was fantastic. Within 5 business days my claim had been reviewed and I received a personal call from Carolyn at Pets Plus Us. The first thing she asked was how Sadie was doing. It was an emotional call. I was upset because my dog was sick and hearing the compassion in her voice made the situation less stressful. We then discussed the submission and coverage and that she was issuing the reimbursement that day. She even gave me reassurance that because Sadie had insurance at the time of the incident if future incidences occurred I would still be covered. The coverage was exactly as purchased. And there were no hidden surprises. Thank you Pets Plus Us!!

I got a new puppy and I am truly happy with Pets Plus for their insurance and happy to see that they do pay when you have a claim.
