Not only are all my reimbursement requests fulfilled in a timely manner, but I have felt very comfortable emailing with any questions or concerns, and can rely on a quick and clear response. I have also had a couple of emergency situations in which I called PetFone before going to the clinic - it's always so helpful to know when a situation requires emergency care or not, and know that what they recommend is always with my dog's best interest in mind.
