Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I can't speak more highly about my experience with Healthy Paws. I must say, when I first got my french bulldog Phoebe - I was warned about the health issues that can come with frenchies. I researched absolutely every pet insurance company for weeks and finally I took a leap of faith with Healthy Paws due to their great representative who walked me through the benefits one by one and made me feel most at ease, and I am BEYOND happy that I moved forward with them. First off - the customer service is extraordinary. Everyone is always so willing to help, says how cute Phoebe is from the profile picture and ask how she's doing and truly care (you can just hear it in their voice, amazing hires!) - they are very helpful, and expedite claims whenever I need (although out of the box they already process them rather quickly, within 1-2 days). I just can't believe how lucky I am for choosing them. Phoebe had to get a surgery for her vulva that was going to cost a lot. I spoke to Healthy Paws beforehand and they worked with my vet to ensure they could cover everything. The day of the surgery, I paid the bill, submitted to Healthy Paws, and made the call - within 5 minutes, my claim was accepted and fully processed - and they reimbursed 90% of everything. I just couldn't believe how simple this was to do, no matter how large the cost of the claim. They look out for you and this feeling I have never gotten from any insurance company in the past. For anyone living in NYC with expensive vet bills - you can trust Healthy Paws! I've never written a review like this before, but after the experience I've had working with them for 6 months now - I just feel I owe them this much. Best pet insurance period. My dog was hit by a car first day of my vacation. I already knew that I would be dealing with a lot and the last thing on my mind was a large bill. Healthypaws delivers as advertised and offers full coverage! A huge piece of mind.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is truly a great company. I've been insured with Healthy Paws going on a year now. My dog recently developed a severe case of Pancreatitis which required emergency care and hospitalization. We've submitted our claims to Healthy paws for reimbursement. Our claims were reimbursed with no problem. When I've spoken to their customer service, I always feel reassured that this company has your back.

We are very satisfied with Healthy Paws insurance. We recently had some major medical issues with our dog, and the Healthy Paws team responded promptly and compassionately with processing the various claims to our satisfaction. Vet bills can be very expensive and pet insurance with a company like Healthy Paws is a good value for caring pet owners that don't want to be liable for thousands of dollars in treatment costs. We highly recommend Healthy Paws to other pet owners.

By far the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Better than human insurance companies by far.....They should follow this business model!!!!!
