Recently, our dog, Roxy, had to undergo an unanticipated surgery. While our concern and focus was on her recovery and rehabilitation, the team at Healthy Paws quickly reviewed our claims and kept in contact regarding her well being. Lady is 8 months old and fractured her knee. We got her at 4 months and Healthy Paws was recommended to us. We didn’t even know there was pet insurance companies out there. Every question I had was answered over the phone or email. Their response time was next day by email and they actually answered the phone when I called.
