Healthy Paws Pet Insurance processes claims efficiently. With the app, you snap a photo of your bill, and the claims assessors get started shortly after that. The customer service and claims staff are extremely friendly, and it has been a pleasure being insured with them. I have two dogs with Healthy Paws, and I can't recommend them enough.

Our little Bella just had a major health issue that resulted in close to $4,000 worth of medical bills. Healthy Paws responded quickly to claims once submitted and communicated nicely throughout the claim process. We received payment within a week or so and there were no issues. They delivered what they promised and even sent a nice email asking how her recovery was going. I recommend them highly. They are the real deal.

I am so grateful for Healthy Paws! When our 9 year old dog, Ruckus, was diagnosed with a large splenic mass, he needed for an urgent same-day surgery to remove it. Healthy Paws not only held up to their promise to reimburse 80% of the bill, they also offered to expedite the reimbursement to relieve any financial stress. We have been Healthy Paws customers for 3 years. We, previously with other dogs, had a different coverage. We were not happy about their coverage limitations. They did not cover a CCL (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) surgery, and they had illness and injury caps, not to mention lifetime caps. Our 3-year old Labrador, Sam, just had CCL surgery. It is a very expensive surgery that involves steel plates and screws. Sam had the surgery less than 3 weeks ago and we have already received full reimbursement, minus our deductable and office visit. No questions asked. We have a 90% reimbursement and $500 deductable plan. There are other plan options available. Healthy Paws has been wonderful and provides valuable coverage. Claims can easily be submitted on line. I highly recommend that every pet owner have pet insurance. It alleviates the dilemma as to how to care for your pet in the best way possible, especially in an emergency, and not breaking the bank. I believe Healthy Paws’ comprehensive and affordable insurance is the best way to give you peace of mind.
