Im so happy that my puppy got accepted at East Ridge as a new client in 2023. I only have great things to say about this place - Dr. Whitely and staff are amazing to my pet. Customer service is top notch. Recent had my 18lbs pup spayed - and the price is much much lower than other places here in Maple Ridge. Thank you East Ridge Dr. Whitely and staff for providing great quality care to Zoey. Appreciate all you do.

I have been a client since they opened, Dr. David Loff is the best veterinarian I and my fur babies have had the pleasure of dealing with. His staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have had some animals throughout the years that have had some difficult diagnoses, but they have all been treated or solved. I have also had to have some of my fur babies euthanized throughout the years and we as humans as well as them, were always treated with respect, dignity and a multitude of kindness. Dr. Loff keeps his knowledge up to date and I wouldn't want to put my fur babies in anyone else's hands.

I was catsitting and their team was amazing at handling her. Very informative and helped clean a mess the poor cat had in her kennel. I'm glad they were able to check up on her on such short notice. Nothing but good things to say about the doctors. Great support staff too.
