Excellent Service & Simple and Efficient Claims Process!
My experience with Prudent Pet has been truly excellent. All of the representatives and claims specialists I have worked with so far have been extremely kind and helpful. The claims process is simple and efficient and I really appreciate the functionality of the online portal. Keep it up!

Most of the staff are no helpful
Most of the staff are no helpful, only one or 2 that I had talked with have some empathy with pet parents, an error was done in my claim not considering the abdomen x rays and when I called now they will require another extra 30 working days to review the claim. I asked to talk w a Manager and they told me managers can’t do anything to speed the claims. So I waited 50 days for the claim that finally was incomplete and now another 30 working days for the revision of the claim. But they now the error so they need to wait 30 w days? Highly disappointed and not a pet insurance to rely on at all. I wish I did not choose th for my 2 pets. Not a excuse to purposely delay the reimbursement. Other pet insurance I turned claim on saturday and got benefits 3 working days later. My other pet at the vet hospital the Insurance paid directly in 3 days. Not excuses they delay while our pets are ill. Mine has cancer in remission and my other one liver failure. Do not recommend and this is not frustration, my pets are I’ll and they show no empathy nor support

Very poor service
Very poor service. Sent in vet bills for Febuary 7 for pre OP blood work still not processed. Kept requesting proof of payment, I sent it in 3 separate times. Still waiting for reimbersment .i called was told they would only cover a fraction of 1,000 we spent for neutering or dog. . We paid up front 730 dollars for this insurance. Would never refer anyone. I am totally disappointed.

This insurance has been a life saver for me! OMG it saved me over $15k in medical bills for my pets and OMG I honestly don't know what i would of done with out it quite honestly! With no money I probably would of not have a choice but to put my dog down but with TRUPANION I had that option to get my dog the best care they needed... THANK YOU TRUPANION!!

Fraud!!! Refused to pay very first Wellness claim
I am a new customer. On my very first claim Pet's Best is refusing to pay for the wellness exam. The representative I spoke with claimed that because the results of the wellness exam found ear mites in my kitten that the wellness exam would not be covered. This is not detailed in any policy information. I believe this is fraudulent in nature as the company is refusing honor my legitimate claim. All over $50??? Simply ridiculous.
