I am so glad I got Embrace for my two dogs, Sochi and Kimi. They have been covered since birth and are now 4 years old. Embrace makes submitting claims a breeze and their response time is amazing. I’ve only had to call a few times, but each time, they made me feel like my dogs were the most important thing. I have been so happy with my coverage and have recommended them to everyone I know that has pet babies.

Over the course of the last year and a half we have had many issues with one of our dogs, RJ, a big loveable golden retriever. We spend half of the year in the US and the other half in Spain and during all the travel, climate changes, allergy triggers and countless other things, RJ was not fully healthy. We saw multiple vets in both countries, as well as a couple specialists. After many medication trials and diet changes, we finally have RJ's health under control. What would have been totally out of control bills for all the testing/office visits/medications/food changes was the easiest experience using Healthy Paws. We simply upload the invoices, type in a few details and a check shows up in the mail shortly after. I can not express the piece of mind this gave us, seeing the invoices coming in, knowing we were covered. I truly would never have a pet without Healthy Paws. They went out of the way to email me and check on our dogs health out of genuine concern for the pets and us the owners. My Great Dane had emergency surgery in the middle of March. Not only was I scared for him, but also the huge medical bills. Will I have trouble getting reimbursed from insurance? Nationwide provides excellent customer service. Their staff are courteous, timely, and responsive to the medical needs of my pets. Unfortunately I incurred major medical expenses for my golden retriever. Nationwide processed my claims within 10 days. I am so thankful for nationwide. They allow me to make medical decisions without the stress of going into a financial hole.

This was my first claim and it did take a bit longer as they needed to look over Dash's medical records but they kept me up to date and paid in a timely manner. Very lucky to have this insurance. Dash is feeling better and just celebrated his 12th birthday!

I am so thankful we took out NationWide when Maggie was a pup. Mini Schnauzers can be prone to different health issues and our Maggie has certainly had her share. The pet insurance has make it possible to afford many visits and great care for our girl. Vet care can be expensive and having insurance has certainly made it easier to get the right tests done and if necessary to make better decisions for her care.
